2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with N.H. Bangra P.S. Case No. 7 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section(s) 137(2), 87, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have kidnapped the victim girl.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 11.08.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently

6. Considered the submissions of the parties. From the perusal of the case diary, it appears that the petitioner and the victim were recovered by the Police from Nadiad. From the materials available on record it appears that the petitioner and the victim were in relationship and are staying together.

7. In view of the above, this application for regular bail is allowed.

8. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below, Samastipur in connection with N.H.
