JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 23-07-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chapra Town PS case no. 80 of 2018 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 414, 420, 467, 468, 471/34 of Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding the petitioner and one other co-accused person having been apprehended from the house of the petitioner and from there, a stolen motorcycle was recovered.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent, he has been falsely implicated in the present case and he is in custody since

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33841 of 2018 (3) dt.23-07-2018 2/2 16.02.2018.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and appropriate to direct for release of the petitioner on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Saran at Chapra in connection with Chapra Town PS case no. 80 of 2018 and upon furnishing cash security of Rs. 25,000/- in the concerned court.
