JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 10-12-2019 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kaluahi P. S. Case No.112 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 406, 504, 506, 34 of IPC.

As per F.I.R. one co-accused Aseshwar Mahto has taken Rs.25,000/- and when his brother demanded the same, he started threatening him. Further allegation is that accused persons came variously armed and started abusing him and there is also allegation that they have started assaulting by farsa, causing injury to him.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of Shri M. Dubey, learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Madhubani, in connection with Kaluahi P. S. Case No.112 of 2019, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
