The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Chandi P.S.Case no.111 of 2017 dated 27.10.2017 registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 223, 325 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Allegation against the petitioner is against one Ajay Singh of stabbing the informant and thereafter again this petitioner stabbed the informant on the back, which hit on the palm also as he was trying to save himself.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no repetition of blow.
Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33861 of 2018 (3) dt.31-08-2018 2/2 anticipatory bail to the petitioner, however, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order and make prayer for regular bail, which will be considered by the learned court below and if possible, to be disposed of on the same day. With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
