Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Bahadurganj P.S. Case No. 114 of 2019 registered under sections 406, 409, 420, 467, 468, 469, 471, 201 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 18.06.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4786 of 2020. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let

No.80911 of 2019(8) dt.16-11-2021 2/2 the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within one month from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 1,00,000/- (one lakh) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Bahadurganj P.S. Case No. 114 of 2019 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with further condition that one of the bailors should be a Government employee.
