Petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Dhanaha P.S.Case No. 70 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned APP has pointed out that in this case process under Sections 82 and 83 Cr.P.C. has been issued and has been taken, as such this application is not maintainable.
