The petitioners who are brothers apprehend their arrest in connection with Civil Lines P.S. Case No. 402/2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457/380 of the Indian Penal Code.

From the pleadings of the F.I.R., it appears that the petitioners are son of the landlord Md. Shameem and it has also been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that there is a delay of one week in lodging the F.I.R.

I have perused the case diary also.

There is no evidence to suggest that these petitioners are involved in the crime of theft and have been made accused in the present case only on the basis of suspicion.

No.80618 of 2019(4) dt.25-10-2021 2/2 In these circumstances, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Gaya in connection with Civil Lines P.S. Case No. 402/2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
