JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 29-04-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. To remove the encroachment for public land which are being "Gairmajarua Aam Rasta" appertaining to Khata No. 98, Plot No. 509, Area 02 katha 03 dhur situated in Pranpur

Patna High Court CWJC No.1365 of 2024(2) dt.29-04-2024 2/2 Village- Block-Barharia, District-Siwan whereby and whereunder the nature of land is Aam Gairmajarua Rasta" and same has been encroachment by the Private respondents No. 6 to 10 and closed the existence of petitioner by constructing hut and wall on "Gairmajarua Aaam Rasta.

(ii) To direct the respondent authorities to remove the encroachment from Aam Gairmajarua Road and vacate the road for public use because petitioner and villagers of Pranpur Village are facing many difficulties day to day."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, BlockBarharia, District-Siwan, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
