2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Begusarai Mufassil P.S. Case No. 431 of 2024 instituted under Sections 109(1), 352, 117(2), 118(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are said to have fired and injured a lady.

4. The petitioner has criminal antecedent also.

5. Considering the gravity of offence and the
