Mr. Sri Madan Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 26-06-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in connection with Sahebganj P.S.Case No. 286 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Allegation in brief is that accused persons were passing through the house of the informant on the motorcycle several times and on question, they returned back and one Vivek Singh shot at the informant causing injury to him.
Submission is that allegation against the petitioners is of abusing the informant, there is no allegation of opening fire rather same is against Vivek Singh and these petitioners have no criminal antecedents.
Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34197 of 2018(2) dt.26-06-2018 2/2 the petitioners, namely , Ankit Singh and Vicky Singh, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-cum-Sub Judge 10th West Muzaffarpur in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 286 of 2017.
