1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(i) To quash the order dated 24.09.2021 passed in Anganbadi Appeal Case No. 113 of 2018-19 (Shabana Khatoon versus the District Programme Officer and Others) by the Collector and District Magistrate, Siwan whereby and whereunder learned District Magistrate, Siwan has affirm the order of District Programme Officer, Siwan and appeal of petitioner has been rejected arbitrarily without assigning any cogent reason.

Patna High Court CWJC No.1826 of 2024(2) dt.29-02-2024 2/2 (ii) And to quash the order dated 27.06.2018 passed in Anganbadi Miscellaneous Case No. 03 of 2018-19 (Vinita Gupta versus Child Development Project Officer) by the District Programme Officer, Siwan whereby and whereunder the selection of petitioner has been cancelled who was selected as Anganbadi Sevika for Centre No. 268 in Ward No. 08 of Gram Panchayat Sondhani, Block- Bhagwanpur Hatt, District- Siwan.

(iii) Further to direct the respondent authorities to appoint the petitioner as Anganbadi Sevika at Centre No. 268 in Ward No.08 of Gram Panchayat Sondhani, Block-Bhagwanpur Hatt, DistrictSiwan."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
