The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No.94 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that he got information that his brother, Dinesh Sharma was harvesting his wheat crops. When the informant went there, Dinesh Sharma assaulted him. The petitioner is alleged to have caught Dularchand Sharma. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no allegation of assault against the petitioner. Petitioner is a lady.
