The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 353, 427 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. As per FIR, the accusation against the petitioners is that they along with other obstructed the police in carrying apprehended accused of Itarhi P.S. Case No. 195 of 2019. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that other similar situated co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail by
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82454 of 2019(2) dt.13-02-2020 2/2 the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 18.12.2019 in Cr. Misc. No.71872 of 2019.
In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-III, Buxar in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 166 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
