2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Begusarai Nagar (Town) P.S. Case No. 618 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 329(4), 318(4), 308(2), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the BNS, 2023 and later on Section 109(1) and 132 of the BNS were also added.
3. As per allegation, the petitioner along with other coaccused persons after entering into premises of the informant, started creating chaos. He abused the informant and attempted to evict him from his premises. He dismantled the boundary wall of the informant.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is land dispute between the parties. The petitioner
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.87237 of 2025(2) dt.12-12-2025 2/2 has clean antecedent. It has further been submitted that similarly situated co-accused person has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 09.10.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33743 of 2025.
5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Begusarai, in connection with Begusarai Nagar (Town) P.S. Case No. 618 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C./ 482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.
7. After accepting the bail bonds, the learned Court below shall verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioner and if it is found that he is involved in any other case except the present case, his bail bond shall be cancelled.
