In this case, the petitioners are seeking regular bail in connection with Khudawan P.S. Case No.31 of 2019 registered for the offence under sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 379 I.P.C. and later on section 302 I.P.C. has been added. As per allegation, there was a dispute with respect to the return of money, hot discussion took place, whereafter the accused persons assaulted the victim by different weapons such as lathi, rod and ultimately the victim died. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the allegation against the petitioners is of assaulting in the nose

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86310 of 2019(3) dt.19-03-2020 2/2 of the victim and in the post mortem report, the injury reflects on the head of victim.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners for the present and accordingly, their prayer for bail is rejected. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Mahesh/- U T
