2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 308, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner along with other named accused persons assaulted informant by means of lathi on account of which, informant sustained injury.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to previous enmity and local village politics. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus. The doctor has found the injury simple in nature (Annexure-2). Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
6. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the nature of injury and clean antecedent, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal, in connection with Mahendia P.S. Case No. 04 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
