The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered under Section 498A & other minor Sections of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

After some argument, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application in the light of the judgment reported in 2004(3) PLJR 491 (Mahendra Prasad Singh Vs The State of Bihar).

Considering the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, the present application filed in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No. 560 of 2014 stands dismissed as withdrawn in the light of terms of the judgment relied upon by the petitioner. If the petitioner surrenders in the court below, the same

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35100 of 2018 (2) dt.21-06-2018 shall be considered and disposed of in the light of judgment, as relied upon by the petitioner.
