The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(A)37(2) of Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act. Liquor was recovered form the house of the petitioner. Husband of the petitioner is also an accused in this case. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. She is a female. Hence, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000 (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
