2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 302/34, 120B & 27 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, two persons have been killed. Petitioner's involvement has surfaced in the killing of the deceased persons.

4. Considering the fact that this is a case of double murder, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. This application for regular bail is dismissed.
