2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023. 3 . As per prosecution case , informant namely, Shriram dubey alleged that on 30.06.2025 , due to land dispute between both the parties, all the accused persons named in the F.I.R. including these petitioners assaulted informant and other family members, as a result of which, brother of informant died.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that as per F.I.R. itself, specific accusation of assault to the deceased is against other co-accused persons. Petitioner is not assailant of the deceased. Petitioner is only alleged to have assaulted nephew of the informant who sustained greivous injury .

Considering the aforesaid facts, period of custody and other circumstances of the case , let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Siwan in connection with Raghunathpur P.S.
