The petitioner seeks bail in Kudhani (Turki O.P) P.S. Case No. 373 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Informant is the father of the deceased, who in his written complaint has stated that his daughter Reena Devi was married to Arun Rai son of petitioner seven years ago and he came to know on 16.09.2017 that his daughter has been murdered by the persons named in the FIR.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is the Father-in-Law of deceased and is aged about 75 years and has been falsely implicated in this case without any rhyme and reason. It has been further submitted that due to
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34561 of 2018(4) dt.14-08-2018 2/2 some matrimonial dispute the deceased committed suicide and in Post Mortem Report also death has been attributed to asphyxia. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 29.03.2018.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, 3rd, Muzaffarpur (West), in connection with Kudhani (Turki O.P) P.S. Case No. 373 of 2017.
