In such view of the matter, let the competent authority examine the case of the present petitioner and if it is found that the facts, law and relief of this case is identical to the case of the petitioner of C.W.J.C. No.9826 of 2007, in such circumstance, the same benefits as has been given to the petitioner of C.W.J.C. No.9826 of 2017 be also extended to this
