2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 338, 336(3), 340(2), 317(5) of B.N.S.
3. The case of the prosecution is that the police has apprehended the petitioner and from his possession, a bike was recovered. The engine number and chhesis number were erased.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that though the bike was recovered from him but there is no case pending against that bike. From the order of learned trial court, it is clear that the

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the real fact is that the petitioner was going and police pressurized him to become witness to which he denied, as such, he has been framed in this case. Moreover, the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 13.09.2025.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of regular bail and submitted that petitioner is having criminal antecedent of one case.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Chhauradano P.S. Case No. 299 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Motihari, East Champaran.
