The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Giriyak (Katrisarai) P.S. Case No. 321 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 504 and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal.
The allegation is regarding the petitioners having assaulted the informant and his son on account of dispute pertaining to a drainage.
The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioners are having a clean
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80465 of 2019(2) dt.06-12-2019 2/2 antecedent and are languishing in custody since 10.09.2019. It is further submitted that as far as the case diary is concerned, no injury report is available therein.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., I, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Giriyak (Katrisarai) P.S.
