2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Paraiya P.S. Case No. 216 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 354(D) and 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 66(D) and 67 of the I.T. Act.

3. The deceased committed suicide because her intimate photographs were made viral by the petitioner to pressurize her for marriage. The petitioner is the main accused in the case. He is in Jail since 27.07.2023. During investigation, his photographs with the girl has been found in the mobile phone.
