====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-06-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Aurangabad (Town) P.S. Case No. 98 of 2018 registered under Sections 307, 147, 148, 149, 337, 323, 435, 436, 427, 332, 295A, 333, 353, 153-A, 379, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that six cases were instituted relating to communal riot in Aurangabad relating to same offence and large number of people have been falsely implicated. There is no specific allegation of doing any overt act against the petitioner.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35580 of 2018(2) dt.21-06-2018 2/2 circumstances, the petitioner, namely Md. Yusuf is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 98 of 2018.
