Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Aurangabad (Town) PS Case No.99 of 2018 registered under Sections 307, 147, 148, 149, 337, 323, 435, 436, 427, 332, 333, 353, 153-A, 295(A), 379 and 122(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there was communal riot between the two communities and large number of people have been implicated in the case without any specific overt act alleged against them and others have been admitted to bail by this Court as well as by other co-ordinate Benches of this court.

Yusuf is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad (Town) PS Case No.99 of 2018.
