2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Khagaul P. S. Case No. 224 of 2025 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1), 61(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per prosecution case, informant alleges that this petitioner had illicit relationship with her son and in connivance with other accused persons, petitioner committed murder of her son with a view to grab his property.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner has been made accused in this case only on the basis of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.90031 of 2025(2) dt.12-02-2026 2/2 confessional statement of co-accused. Except confessional statement, there is no other material available on record to show complicity of this petitioner in the alleged offence. Charge-sheet has already been submitted. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and she is in custody since 11.07.2025.
5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that during investigation, it has come that this petitioner was in regular contact with other co-accused person.
6. Considering the nature of accusation, period of custody and other facts and circumstances of the case, this bail application is allowed. The petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateV, Danapur in connection with Khagaul P. S. Case No. 224 of 2025.
