The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 105 of 2018 giving rise to Special Case No. 37 of 2018 registered under Section 30A of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that only on the confessional statement of co-accused, petitioner has been made accused in this case. From perusal of seizure list, it appears that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Further submission is that petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.
