Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 324, 307, 323, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Submission is that though allegation is of commission of injury at the head of the informant but the Doctor has found simple injury. Co-accused Shrawan Raut has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 26.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 66982 of 2019. Considering the facts aforesaid and completion of investigation, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty
