JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-06-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Paliganj P.S.Case No. 249 of 2012 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that applications were invited under the Samajik Suraksha Pension Sivir from eligible persons of the Block. 67 forms along with list were handed over to the petitioner, a Panchayat Secretary, but he escaped away with the forms and later on, out of 67 forms, only 26 original forms were found genuine and rest others were found forged. Submission is that petitioner is a Government employee and the forms collected in the camp was submitted by him so no forgery has been done by the petitioner; moreover, no pension was released against those collected forms and

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Santosh Kumar, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Danapur in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No. 249 of 2012.
