2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 393, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B), 27, 35 B of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and one co-accused assaulted the victim on his head and tried to snatch the motorcycle.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 03.05.2023. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. The criminals were caught with the arms and were handed over to the police.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the period of custody and the clean antecedent, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura/concerned Court below in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 75 of 2023 subject to the condition that:- 7(1). The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Bihra, Saharsa Police Station on every week of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
