2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a)/38(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. 2205.36 liters of illegal foreign liquor was recovered from the two tractors.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner has got no concern with the alleged recovery. Petitioner is neither the driver nor the owner of the vehicle in question. Petitioner is in custody since 03.09.2024.

5. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.89769 of 2024(3) dt.09-05-2025 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Court, Patna City, Patna / concerned court in connection with Nadi P.S. Case No. 89/2019.
