2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sarmera P.S. Case No. 109 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the husband of the deceased and he is alleged to have killed his wife.

4. The trial is on the verge of conclusion and only I.O. and the Doctor are left to be examined.

5. Considering the fact that the trial if on the verge of conclusion, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
