2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mehsi P.S. Case No. 148 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 64(1), 126(1), 352, 351(1) 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 4 and 6 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of committing rape with a minor girl. The petitioner is in jail since 23.09.2024.

4. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
