The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Khagaria (Mufassil) P. S. Case No. 684 of 2017 registered under Sections 149, 323, 341, 342, 379, 504 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the fact that there is case and counter case and the allegation made against these two lady petitioners are not serious one, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, they are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
