2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Katihar ( Nagar) P.S.Case No. 492 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498A,304B,120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. The deceased died during the treatment in the hospital. The case arises out of Complaint Case No. 1097 of 2022.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 10.08.2023, having clean antecedent.

5. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case,

No.3480 of 2024(3) dt.09-04-2024 2/2 this application is allowed, let the above named, petitioner is directed to be released on bail after framing of charge of Katihar police station case on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- ( ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in Katihar ( Nagar ) P.S.Case No. 492 of 2022, subject to the condition that he will co-operate in the trail.
