2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered under Section 31795) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 30(a) of Bihar Excise Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 5.700 liters illicit liquor has been recovered from the motorcycle of this petitioner.

4. Considering the fact that petitioner is the owner of the motorcycle from which, alleged recovery of illicit liquor has been made, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) utkarsh/- U T
