The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dhibra P.S. Case No. 06 of 2019 registered for offences under Sections 406, 409 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that work has been completed and he has filed an application before the authority for issuance of work completion certificate. He also submits that out of 26, many accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail and their bail orders are on record.

Considered the submissions of the petitioner. In the FIR allegations are vague against the accused

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82387 of 2019(28) dt.29-03-2022 2/2 persons. It has been alleged that all the accused persons have misappropriated the Government money.

Considering the fact that other similarly situated accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail and in view of the fact that there is no chance of petitioner of his absconding, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Dhibra P.S. Case No. 06 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. Petitioner is directed to join the investigation and if the petitioner does not join the investigation, the police may move for cancelling his bail bond.
