2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Paraiya P.S. Case No. 180 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 306/34 and 10/11 of the Prohibition of Child Marriage Act, 2006.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of instigating the deceased for committing suicide.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in jail since 24.08.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2177 of 2025(3) dt.09-04-2025 2/2 of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M., 1st Class, Gaya/concerned Court in connection with Paraiya P.S. Case No. 180 of 2017.
