Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399/402/420/467/468/471 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a/26/35 of Arms Act.

Allegation is that from possession of the petitioner, a screwdriver and key was recovered and on that recovery, it was suspected that the petitioner and others were preparing to commit dacoity.

Submission is that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 14.04.2018. Investigation of the case is complete now.

Considering the aforesaid material, let the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35839 of 2018 (2) dt.28-06-2018 2/2 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Mashrak Police Station Case No.103 of 2018, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
