Petitioner is in custody in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 51 of 2018 for the offence under sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel submits that petitioner is in custody since 23.4.2018 in connection with seizure of 154 liters of liquor.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail after 23.07.2018 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.-II, Additional
