The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered under Section 302, 201, 379, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case, in short, is that the dead body of the victim was found in the locked wash room at her in-laws house.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. The petitioner happens to be married nanad of the deceased. She is separate in mess and property from the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80782 of 2019(2) dt.10-12-2019 2/2 husband of the deceased. She has got no concern with the alleged occurrence. Other co-accused has been granted bail vide Annexure-2 series to the present application. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Phulwariya P.S. Case No. 257 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Sudhir Singh, J) Pankaj/- U T
