2. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 06.11.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 65303/2023 for extension of time for furnishing bail bond of the petitioners.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been granted anticipatory bail on 06.11.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 65303/2023, but petitioners have approached before the trial court for furnishing their bail bonds but could not succeed within the stipulated period.

4. Considering the same, let the period of furnish bail bond of the petitioners be extended by two weeks from today, in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12520 of 2024(2) dt.23-02-2024 2/2 connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 598/2023 to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-2nd cum Special Judge Excise, Biharsharif, Nalanda, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall deposit Rs. 5,000/- each in favour of Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.

5. Rest of the condition as stipulated in the order dated 06.11.2023 shall remain as it is.

6. Accordingly, the modification application is allowed.
