JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 23-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody since 19.02.2018 in connection with Barahiya P.S. Case No. 25 of 2018 for the offence under Section 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 25 (1-b)a/26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 19.02.2018. He further submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that he is one of the person who were sitting at the place of occurrence with deadly weapons and preparing to commit serious crime at that time. Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 19.2.2018, let the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail after 19.8.2018 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
