2. The instant application has been filed by the petitioner praying for modification of the order dated 24.9.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 63075 of 2025 whereby the petitioner was directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail in connection with Pipra Kothi P.S. Case no. 47 of 2025.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner in the aforesaid case by order dated 24.9.2025, the petitioner was directed to surrender in the learned Court below within a period of four weeks. For reasons beyond his control, as explained in the petition, the petitioner could not surrender and hence the instant application praying for modification of the order.

4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, in the opinion of the Court, the petitioner has made out a case for modification of the order dated 24.9.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 63075 of 2025.
5. The order is modified and the time granted therein for the petitioner to surrender is extended for a further period of four weeks from today.
6. Remaining part of the order dated 24.9.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 63075 of 2025 granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Pipra Kothi P.S. Case no. 47 of 2025 shall remain unchanged.
