2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
3. The case of the prosecution is that from the possession of co-accused Mankhush Kumar, two country made pistol along with 10 live cartridges was recovered. On being asked by him, he disclosed that he has purchased the same from the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that nothing has been
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86475 of 2025(2) dt.17-12-2025 2/2 recovered from the possession of this petitioner. His name has surfaced on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. Moreover, the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 11.09.2025.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of regular bail.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 63 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class at Khagaria.
