The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ahiyapur P.S.Case No.694 of 2019 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is Manager of Baba Rest House a hotel. From room no.107 of the hotel, dead body of the brother of the informant was allegedly recovered hanging with the ceiling. Allegation is that his murder was committed. The deceased had gone along with some other person on a four wheeler to Muzaffarpur. Petitioner is in custody since 12.06.2019. Investigation of the case is already complete. Since there is no direct material against the petitioner

No.80914 of 2019(2) dt.13-01-2020 2/2 nor there is any material to substantiate that the petitioner is going to tamper with the evidence or abscond the process of law, let the above named petitioner be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Ahiyapur P.S.Case No.694 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner and also that the petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the Court.
