2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302/120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner, his friend Kishan @ Krishna and Telchatta and 2/3 unknown persons threatened informant's mother on phone and asked her to come to Bithauli Railway halt. Thereafter, she went there but did not return. Next day, her dead body was recovered. Informant has further alleged that petitioner borrowed money from informant's mother and he used to harass her mother by calling her repeatedly on phone. Informant believes that theses accused persons killed her mother with a knife and sharp edged weapon.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Informant is not an eye witness to the occurrence. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. Several witnesses have supported the prosecution case.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and materials collected during investigation, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
