ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 09-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 27.08.2019 in connection with Sessions Trial No.435 of 2019 arising out of Chorout P.S. Case No.18 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366A of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only on the basis of suspicion that the petitioner was in league with his son, who is said to have eloped with the daughter of the informant, that the petitioner is languishing in jail. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal history and he shall do his best to locate his son so that the girl may also be recovered. It is further submitted that he petitioner shall cooperate in the investigation and be present as and when

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District & Sessions Judge, Sitamarhi, in connection with Sessions Trial No.435 of 2019 arising out of Chorout P.S. Case No.18 of 2019.
